It is with much sadness that we hear of the death earlier this month of Andy Dindar.
Andy played for Berkhamsted Cricket Club and for five years (1976 to 1980) became a regular in the County team playing 29 matches and scoring 1,170 runs with a highest score of 91 against Bedfordshire in 1977. His final game in 1980 was the Championship challenge match against Durham. He moved to Reading where he was the Cricket professional at Reading School and played 28 matches for Berkshire between 1981 and 1984.
