Hertfordshire Cricket

The Hertfordshire Final's of the Lady Taverners National Indoor U13 & U15 Competition were held at Wodson Park Sports Centre on Thursday 19th March.

Following on from the District Rounds, Queens School (Bushey), Ralph Sadleir School (Puckeridge), Leventhorpe School (Sawbridgeworth) and Beaumont Schoo (St. Albans) won through to the U13's Finals and Rickmansworth School (Rickmansworth), Queenswood School (Potters Bar/Hatfield), Freeman College (Buntingford) and Herts & Essex High School (Bishop's Stortford) competed in the U15's Competition.

Both competitions consisted of a round robin format with teams playing each once other once, meaning three games for each team.

Both competitions were very competitive, going do to the final round of matches to decide the winners.

Ralph Sadleir School (pictured above) were victorious in the U13's competition, with Beaumont finishing in 2nd place.

Rickmansworth (pictured below) won the U15's competition, with Queenswood finishing runner's up.

Both schools will move forward to represent Hertfordshire in the Regional Finals taking place in Leicestershire on 14th April (U13's) & 22nd April (U15's).
