Hertfordshire Cricket are pleased to be teaming up with the ECB to deliver a CPD day for coaches.

Setting the pace with Andy Pick is a learning workshop for coaches exploring pace bowling and coaching of pace bowling.

Andy Pick is an ECB Level 4 Coach with huge experience coaching pace bowling. His current role is Chief Scout and Pathway Bowling Coach for Nottinghamshire CCC. Andy was also previously the England U19 and Canadian National Team Head Coach, he also had a 15-year professional playing career with Nottinghamshire CCC.
